DIN EN ISO 9001

DIN EN ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. It sets out requirements for the continuous improvement of processes, products and services, and forms the basis for high levels of customer satisfaction and reliable project delivery.

DIN EN ISO 45001

DIN EN ISO 45001 defines the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. The aim of the standard is to systematically prevent accidents at work and health risks, and to continuously improve working conditions to ensure they are safe and promote good health.

DIN EN 1090-2 EXC4

DIN EN 1090-2 sets out the technical requirements for the execution of load-bearing steel structures. Execution class EXC4 represents the highest requirement class and applies to structures of particular safety significance with the most stringent requirements regarding fabrication, material quality, traceability and quality control.

In conjunction with the CE marking and the Declaration of Performance (DoP) in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 305/2011, it confirms that load-bearing steel components have been manufactured in accordance with European requirements and may be placed on the market within the European Economic Area in compliance with the law.

Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and AD 2000 Information Sheet W0

The Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU sets out the essential safety requirements for pressure equipment and regulates its design, production and testing in order to ensure safety, quality and the free movement of goods within the European Union.

The AD 2000 Information Note W0 defines the requirements for materials used in pressure equipment and regulates their selection, quality, testing and documentation. It forms part of the AD 2000 regulatory framework and supports compliance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive.

Scope: Material manufacturers in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and AD 2000 Information Sheet W0

This certificate documents the materials and dimensional ranges that BENDS and WELDS is authorised to bend using induction bending in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and AD 2000 Information Sheet W0.

Extensive process tests are carried out for each material group. The certificate confirms BENDS and WELDS’ suitability for the production of pressure-bearing components in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive and the AD 2000 regulations.
